Planning Permission Approved in Hertsmere!

We took on the task of designing a 4 bedroom family home on a small corner plot with a history of rejected applications.

We were thrilled that the planners responded well to the house's contemporary style and sustainable credentials, granting permission on its first application!

We are now developing the construction information and look forward to starting on site later this year.
